Del specializes in representing restaurants and retailers throughout the site selection process. This includes analyzing separate trade areas, identifying site opportunities in the most attractive markets and organizing the lease negotiation process until final lease execution. Del is involved in the sales and leasing of retail properties and tenant representation assignments in which he works closely with retailers and landlords in analyzing and evaluating retail markets.
Prior to joining CTMT, Del began his career in commercial real estate at Wayne Timberman Commercial Real Estate. Del has been with CTMT since April of 2002, he came in under the mentoring of Don Williams.
